Why have I been locked out?


Being locked out of the app can either be due to payment failure or no active subscription in which case please check your emails, payment details or contact support: Contact CereMind. You can also be locked out from your app if you have rated your exercises for several days as "causing pain". Please contact us at your earliest convenience to discuss your exercises.

Please note: If you have an illness, injury or condition that is preventing you from performing the CereSkills exercises safely then please also consult with your doctor if you are okay to continue.
