When will I start to see improvements?

Most users begin to see cognitive improvements within 3 months of commitment but can be as early as a couple of weeks. Like with any workout, the more you put in, the more you get out so try to build the program into your daily routine. If you can fit in two sessions a day you'll see quicker improvements.
